In 2023 Trinity Bank was undergoing their core platform modernisation with Temenos Transact along with Temenos Data Hub to be used as backend for their digital channels and reporting purposes.

To assist with Temenos Transact implementation as well as integration with bank's digital channels, bank through their partner Ness approached SEMTEXX. Main areas where SEMTEXX consultants were involved were consultations on Temenos Transact data structures and mapping to bank's digital channel rewuirements, consultations on Temenos Transact functionality, assistance with Temenos Data Hub (TDH) setup and issue resolution and providing solutions for bank requirements that were not met by Temenos Transact out-of-the-box functionality. With this assignment SEMTEXX had chance to gain significant experience in the areas of Temenos Transact Retail and Multi Currency account functionality, Temenos Payment Hub (TPH) as well as with Temenos Data Hub.
