In the early 2017 one of SEMTEXX highly skilled consultants was outsourced to ISBAN (now Santander Global Tech) to assist Santander International with Temenos TCIB implementation, design automated process for TCIB user registration in Temenos T24 system as well as implement Faster Payments functionality.
As bank had recently undergone major Temenos T24 environment overhaul (upgrade from version R06 to R15 with a change in underlying database), after overhaul go-live some issues were encountered that required immediate attention and resolution. To tackle encountered issues and resolve them, internally "post go-live task force" was formed which included also SEMTEXX consultant being on site. With a help of our consultant expertise as well as other team members, encountered issues were successfully resolved within few days.
